Homeopathy is a system of alternative medicine based on the principle of “like cures like”.

Homeopathy has been successfully used all around the world for well over 200 years. Its aim is to help the body heal itself. The remedies are selected to match the individual client’s symptoms and needs. They use micro dilutions of a huge range of substances including plants and minerals. The precise means by which they work is currently not well understood by science.

I see clients either in Canterbury in a purpose-designed space, or in Bromley at a therapy clinic. I also see clients from across the UK and overseas using Skype. I am a qualified health professional with extensive experience, centred particularly around women’s well-being at all stages of life – puberty, adulthood, fertility, birthing and menopause. I am registered and insured with the Society of Homeopaths (RSHom) and a registered midwife (RM) regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

Can I use Homeopathic Remedies with My other medications?

Absolutely yes, allopathic medicine works, I approach any issues you may have in an integrated way. I’ll discuss what other medications you might be taking and ensure that we have a treatment plan to support you.

How Long Does Homeopathy take to work?

Every condition is different. Typically in acute cases it can work very rapidly. Homeopathic remedies are different to more traditional “allopathic” medicines. Homeopathy seeks to mobilize and re-inforce your bodies healing.

Does Homeopathy only work if you "believe" in it?

Absolutely not. Homeopathy is not a faith medicine. Many of my clients were initially skeptical of homeopathy. Homeopathy is an individualized form of medicine and its effectiveness is about finding the appropriate remedy which is very much down to the skill of the homeopath.

Drawing on a wealth of experience, gained from over a decade of running a specialist clinic with co-author Anne Hope, my books cover two of the topics on which clients most often seek my help: fertility problems, and issues relating to the menopause
